DETAILS: The second annual fundraiser for this philanthropic group that got its start in 2007 with a generous donation from Lucille MacClellan. With the blessing of the Columbia Chamber of Commerce and the Columbia Kiwanis Club the Foundation was created to serve Columbia Station and the surrounding communities with educational scholarships and community grants.

Under the tutelage of President Ronald B. Krisko and V.P and Fall Gala Chairman Wayne Brassell the Fall Gala raised over $20,000 this year alone. Co Chairs and Honorary Chairs hosted the event. The food was glorious (which you can always count on at Columbia Hills Country Club) the music by Don Disantis Band put everyone in the mood to bid high on the silent auction and the live auction. Columbia Station favorite son, Frank Marzullo, the Fox 19 First Weather Team star, Cincinnati emceed the event and was the auctioneer. A great night, watch for next years date in Mimi.
