Texas Hold-em Poker Tournament: March 12-14 - The Brunswick Citizen’s Police Academy Alumni Association is sponsoring a Texas Hold-em Poker Tournament at the Brunswick Eagles Club.

Music at the Library: March 13 - Come to the Chagrin Falls Library to hear some wonderful music with a free performance by the Chagrin Falls Swing Ensemble. 

Scotch Doubles Bowling Fundraiser: March 13 - A Scotch Doubles Bowling Fundraising event will be held at Dick Hoover's Lanes in Brunswick to benefit the Bostwick family, whose son is awaiting a kidney transplant.

Ohio Genealogical Society Mtg.: March 17 - Central and East European Genealogy Search Tips will be the topic of discussion at the Westlake Porter Public Library.

Single Volunteers Chili Cookoff: March 20 - The Single Volunteers' Chili Cookoff/Throwdown will be held at the Olmsted Community Church.

Masters of Impressionism: thru March 20- Opus Gallery in Woodmere presents Russian Masters of Impressionism, a collection of oil paintings by father and son, Mark and Alexander Kremer.

Medina Home & Garden Show: March 26, 27 & 28 - The Medina County Home & Garden Show will be held on March 26, 27 & 28 at the Medina Community Center.

Swing Into Spring Gala: March 27 - Swing Into Spring will be held at the Weymouth Country Club in Medina, and will benefit The Hands Foundation's Senior Wishes Program.

Marcello Mellino Exhibit: thru March 28 - The Clague Playhouse Gallery presents photographs by Marcello Mellino.

Emily’s Rainbow Run & Wellness Walk: April 25- Emily’s Rainbow Run & Wellness Walk and Westlake Kiwanis Pancake Breakfast will be held at Westlake High School Track, in memory of Emily Lewis.

Speak Up About Books: March 13 - Share your voice for Teen Tech Week. Come to the Middleburg Hts. Library to record podcasts of your favorite books that will be posted on the library's website for others looking for a good read.

Girl’s Night Out: March 19 - Get your pj’s and sleeping bag ready for a rec center all nighter at the Medina Community Rec.

Woodland Preschool Carnival: March 20 - Enjoy a free concert with Zobapago, games, prizes and much more at the Woodland Preschool Carnival in Akron.

Asian Martial Arts - Asian Martial Arts classes are offered at the Medina Community Recreation Center. 

Free Chess for all Ages & Skill Levels - Chess players of all ages and skills levels are invited to come and play chess at the Coffee Club in Broadview Heights.

Playhouse Square, Naturally - For one price, families enjoy one of two Lake Erie Nature & Science Center programs and two tickets for the play by the same name! 

Tour The Night Sky at Schuele Planetarium - Enjoy a tour of the night sky from the always-starry Schuele Planetarium at Lake Erie Nature & Science Center.

Middleburg Heights Historical Society - Everyone is welcome to join the  Middleburg Heights Historical Society!

Middleburg Hts. Women's Club - The Middleburg Hts. Women's Club meets at the Community Center.

MOMS Club of Hudson - MOMS Club is an international nonprofit support group specifically for mothers who have chosen to stay home with their children.

New Westsiders Club Coffee - If you're new to the West side of Cleveland, you're invited to meet the New Westsiders over coffee.

Singles & Couples Co-Ed Bowling League - Limited space avail for twice-a-month bowling league at Bradnans Rec. in Middleburg Hts.


St. Thomas Bridge Club - A friendly game of bridge for beginners and those looking for a refresher course is held at St. Thomas Episcopal Church in Berea.

The Ladies of Victoriana Tea Society - Go to Teas, visit Victorian museums, and learn about Victorian culture and etiquette.


Twinsburg Garden Club - The start of the 2010 club year for the Twinsburg Garden Club will be held in February.
